Also available in PDF.In order to be a voting member of the Champaign County Birth to Six Council of Families and Agencies, a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) must be on file. To achieve a quorum a simple majority of the members of the Champaign County Birth to Six Council of Families and Agencies must be present.

  • Support the mission and vision of the Birth to Six Council.
  • Actively participate in the functions of the Birth to Six Council.
  • Share pertinent information on families needs for services.
  • Participate in the development of a coordinated and comprehensive family centered system of support in Champaign County.
  • Support Council efforts to recruit interested families, community members, and service providers as members.
  • Understand the MOU grants member status to all individuals with a current MOU on file, including voting rights.
